Working with me reflects that. It all starts by meeting you where you’re at, figuring out what your life really looks like, what’s holding you back, and where you can get started, then setting out on a journey to conquer it, together.

This is not some 21-day quick fix program. Short-term, cookie-cutter programs force you into extra-ordinary circumstances, that, while they do get results for the short-term, are often not sustainable amidst the real struggles of a normal persons life (full of kids to care for, demanding jobs, and chores galore).

This is a program that will acknowledge and work amidst the realities of your life to truly change your lifestyle for the long-haul so you see results that you can keep indefinitely.

But how?

The concept is simple, really, but not easy.

Sustainable change is incremental. It does not happen in 21 days. It is not about changing a hundred things all at once. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

Getting results for the rest of your life is best accomplished when you focus on one or two habits at a time. It’s about taking bites that you can chew and swallow before moving on to the next fork full.

That way you feel confident as you go. It becomes second nature. You build momentum with each new habit and become unstoppable.

Like I said, the idea is simple, the application is hard.

It is a journey. Let me be your navigator. Ultimately, you are the captain of your life, but I am happy to come alongside you and steer you through the seas ahead of you.

Here’s how it all works:

Step 1: The Assessment

When you become a client, I will walk through a detailed assessment with you that allows me to listen to your needs, learn about your lifestyle, and discover what’s truly important to you. Then, we work together to craft a program that fits both your lifestyle and your goals. Connecting “face to face” is a priority here and allows me to personalize the experience and have a real conversation. I understand the journey you’re about to go on, and use this time to, believe it or not, get to know you a little and answer any questions you may have. If we can’t meet in person due to location, all you need is a free Skype, Google Hangouts or FaceTime account.

Step 2: The Program

Powered with information from the assessment process, I’ll write a plan that’s specifically tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and goals. Everybody’s life looks different – to address that I have in-person and online coaching solutions that can be blended together to meet you where you’re at, anytime, anywhere. Depending on how the plan comes together for you, this can include everything from a detailed nutrition plan with habit tracking to a video database that clearly illustrates how to perform each and every exercise you’re expected to perform. I strive to make your program as worry free and convenient as humanly possible so you can just show up, pull out your routine, and go to work. No worrying about a particular exercise, or wondering if you’re doing the right amount of sets and reps at the appropriate tempo, that’s my job. You go to work. I’ll handle the rest.

Step 3: Coaching

This is the game changer. My role extends far beyond the assessment and program—it’s my job to work with you as a coach and mentor as well. The role of the coach in this process is vitally important for several reasons:


Having an experienced mentor means you’ll learn faster than if you attempted to do so on your own. I’ve been there before and can steer you in the right direction to avoid costly mistakes and setbacks.


You coach serves as an accountability system and ensures you’re progressing appropriately from stage to stage.


Much of the training process involves changing patterned behavior, which involves remapping the brain. This is no small task. It’s all about focusing on one habit at a time, and I help you make sure that happen

I truly believe this is one of the most important parts of your training experience and take it very seriously. I strongly encourage open communication, video chats, question asking, form checks and the sort. Working with me you aren’t a passive player blindly following a program, but an active participant who continues to grow both physically and mentally with the guidance and support of an experienced coach.

What About Nutrition?

Absolutely! Addressing your nutrition, whether you are just trying lose weight, gain muscle or perform at your limits, is absolutely critical. In fact, you will see you best results when your approach your diet with the same intensity that you bring to your exercise.

Pricing – Small Group and 1-on-1 Personal Training

My personal training services come to you whether that is in the comfort of your own home (saves big on travel time!), at the gym, or we can work together completely online (more below). I’m happy to work 1-on-1 or in small groups (2-4 people). Depending on how many times per week you train, you will be provided with independent workouts to perform on the days that you are not training with your me.  You will also be given the option to have your workouts provided to your via my online training app which is packed full of exercise videos that you are able to pull up at any time on your smartphone or tablet to ensure proper form.

  • 3 Months - semi-committed
  • 6 months - committed
  • 12 months - super-committed

One 60-Minute Session: $45

2 Session Per Week: $360/Month
3 Session Per Week: $540/Month
4 Session Per Week: $720/Month

Online Coaching & Hybrid Packages

Meeting my customers where they’re at doesn’t just end with life and fitness, it also means finding ways to make it financially sustainable when needed. Thanks to the advent of online coaching tools, this has become much easier.

Let’s do some math: Some personal trainers charge anywhere from $40 – $100 per hour. At 3 sessions per week that is a bare minimum of $480 per month! Online training allows us to work together from anywhere, and saves you a whole lot of money! Take a look at the pricing below and see how much you will be saving, but still getting all the benefits of having a trainer on your side to keep you accountable and help you reach your goals.

So, what are these tools exactly?

I use an app called Trainerize to deliver custom programs and nutrition plans right to your your phone or computer. You can then track your progress in real time, and I am able to see how you’re doing along the way and check-in with the in-app messaging that works almost exactly like regular text messaging. While I’m not right there in person with you, I’m literally right at your fingertips!
