Step 1: The Assessment

When you become a client, you will go through a detailed assessment that allows us to listen to your needs, learn about your lifestyle, discover what’s truly important to you, and work together to craft a program that fits both your lifestyle and your goals. Connecting “face to face” allows us to personalize the experience and have a real conversation. We understand the journey you’re about to go on, and use this time to, believe it or not, get to know you a little and answer any questions you may have. If we can’t meet in person due to location, all you need is a free Skype, Google Hangouts or FaceTime account.

Step 2: The Program

Powered with information from the assessment process, we’ll write a plan that’s specifically tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and goals. Everybody’s life looks different – to address that we have in-person and online coaching solutions that we can blend together to meet you where you’re at, anytime, anywhere. Depending on how the plan comes together for you, this can include everything from a detailed nutrition plan, to habit tracking, to a video database that clearly illustrates how to perform each and every exercise you’re expected to perform. We strive to make your program as worry free and convenient as humanly possible. We want you to show up, pull out your routine, and go to work. No worrying about a particular exercise, or wondering if you’re doing the right amount of sets and reps at the appropriate tempo, that’s our job. You go to work. We’ll handle the rest.

Step 3: Coaching

This is the game changer. When you are accepted into one of our training programs, our role extends far beyond the assessment and program—it’s our job to be your work with you as a coach and mentor as well. The role of the coach in this process is vitally important for several reasons:


Having an experienced mentor means you’ll learn faster than if you attempted to do so on your own. We’ve been there before and our coaches can steer you in the right direction to avoid costly mistakes and setbacks.


You coach serves as an accountability system and ensures you’re progressing appropriately from stage to stage.


Much of the training process involves changing patterned behavior, which involves remapping the brain. This is no small task. It’s all about focusing on one habit at a time, and we make sure that happens.

We truly believe this is one of the most important parts of your training experience and take it very seriously. We encourage open communication, video chats, question asking, form checks and the sort. Working with us you aren’t a passive player blindly following a program, but an active participant who continues to grow both physically and mentally with the guidance and support of an experienced coach.

Do You Cover Nutrition?

Yes! We sure do. Addressing your nutrition, whether you are just trying lose weight, gain muscle or perform at your limits, is absolutely critical. When your approach your diet with the same intensity that you bring to exercise you will see better results.

Pricing – Small Group and 1-on-1 Personal Training

Our personal training services come to you whether that is in the comfort of your own home (saves big on travel time!) or at the gym. We’re happy to work 1-on-1 or in small groups (2-4 people). Each time you train with one of our coaches you will be introduced to new and innovative exercises up to date with today’s leading fitness reviews and research.  Depending on how many times per week you train, you will be provided with an independent workout to perform on the days that you are not training with your trainer.  You will also be given the option to have your workouts provided to your via our online training app (see below) which is packed with a database of exercise videos so that you are able to pull up your workouts to follow along on your smartphone or tablet to ensure proper form.

With the so many technological resources and the power of the internet these days, you have the ability for get all the knowledge, motivational benefits, and guidance of a professional personal trainer for a fraction of the cost of one on one in-person sessions!  Anyone can benefit from having someone to hold them accountable for their workouts and eating clean in order to help them reach their fitness/health goals.

After signing up you will be sent a questionnaire where you will be asked about any aches, pains, injuries, or conditions that could alter your ability to perform certain exercises.  Depending on the situation you will have a program designed around your individual ability and (depending on the level of the package you purchase) I will take you through some specific assessments and movements to get a better idea of range of motion restrictions and muscular imbalances.

I have had the pleasure of helping many people worldwide to transform their bodies and their lives via Online Training!  I can’t do the workouts for you nor can I feed you, but I can do almost everything else to make sure you are well educated and motivated to achieve the body of your dreams!  I am not about “quick fixes” or taking numerous supplements,  I believe in educating my clients how to workout and eat for their individual fitness goals.  Whether you are looking for fat loss, muscle gain, or training for a specific race/event, I will help you each step of the way.

Although I recommend having a gym membership if you do not have a lot of exercise equipment at home, this is not mandatory.  I am able to create at home workouts for you based around the equipment you will have available, or I will make suggestions of a few items you might want to pick up for the home in order to get the most out of your home workouts.

I do not believe in giving people a pre-set eating plan that is strict and difficult to follow; however, depending on the level of package you purchase, I will provide you with many resources on how to eat for your specific fitness goals and how to track all of your macronutrients each day.  When purchasing one of my higher packages I will calculate specific macronutrient (how many grams of proteins, fats, carbs) needs required for each day in order to support your training and provide you will an abundance of meal and snack ideas to keep you on track.

I feel form is VERY important in getting the most out of every exercise and preventing injury, so I would have no problem taking a look at a picture or video of you performing any of your exercises in order to ensure you are performig each exercise optimally.
