  • I'll guide you along the way with regular lessons delivered right to your inbox. You'll learn a lot about how to navigate your journey to lasting results.
  • Be consistent and track your progress with my handy web and mobile app (totally free). You'll be able to log your habits as well as any other body measurements you can think of from weight to body fat percentage.

The Keep It Off Challenge with Coach Shawn Gerber is for you if:
